- How to contact us
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Bondi Performance Media Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Registered correspondence address: Level 1, Suite 3E, 296/298 Summer Street, Orange NSW 2800, Australia.
Email for privacy requests: contact@bondiperformancemedia.com.
We are the entity that determines how and why any personal information collected through this website is handled. We do not operate a casino, bookmaker, wagering service, or payment facility.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to personal information collected through:
- pages on bondiperformancemedia.com, including the home page, games catalogue, about, contact, and legal pages;
- email sent to contact@bondiperformancemedia.com;
- the contact form on this site, which is a message request only and does not store submissions on our servers.
It does not apply to websites, applications, or games operated by other companies, even if we link to them or feature their artwork. Those operators have their own policies. You should read those before you play or create an account elsewhere.
By using this website you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the site and do not send us personal information.
3. The nature of this website
bondiperformancemedia.com is a static showcase of free-to-play social games. In practical terms that means:
- we do not create player accounts, usernames, or passwords;
- we do not process deposits, withdrawals, card details, or digital wallets;
- we do not keep a database of gameplay, balances, or “wins”;
- virtual tokens shown in featured games have no cash value and are not a record we hold about you;
- you can browse the catalogue without registering.
Because of that design, the amount of personal information we hold is limited. Most visitors leave no record with us beyond what a web server typically writes to a log.
4. What we do not collect
We do not collect, and this site is not built to collect:
- government identifiers (TFN, Medicare, passport, driver’s licence);
- payment card numbers, bank account details, or cryptocurrency wallet addresses;
- precise geolocation from your device;
- biometric data;
- health information;
- a profile of your gambling habits — we are not a gambling operator;
- contact lists, photos, or microphone/camera access.
Do not send us those categories of information. If you include them in an email by mistake, tell us and we will delete the message where we still have it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
5. Information we may collect
5.1 Information you give us
If you write to us by email, we receive whatever you choose to include. The contact form on this site does not store a copy of your message. That typically is:
- your name;
- your email address;
- the text of your message, which may mention a game title, a complaint, or a request to take content down;
- any other details you attach or paste in.
We use that only to understand and reply to the enquiry, and to keep a record of the exchange if we need it for a legal, security, or rights-management reason (for example a copyright complaint).
5.2 Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider may record standard server logs when your browser requests a page or a file. Those logs can include:
- IP address;
- date and time of the request;
- the URL requested and the referring URL, if any;
- browser type, device type, and operating system as sent in the user-agent string;
- HTTP status codes (success, not found, and similar);
- approximate country or city derived from IP, if the host enables that.
Logs exist so the host can run the server, diagnose faults, and respond to abuse (for example repeated scraping or denial-of-service). We do not use logs to build a marketing profile, score you, or decide whether you may play a social game.
5.3 Information we do not combine
We do not match server logs with emails in order to identify you, except where we need to investigate a security incident or a lawful request.
6. How we collect information
We collect personal information in these ways:
- Directly from you — when you email us or send a message through the contact form.
- Automatically — when your browser requests files from the site (see server logs above).
- From a third party only if you involve them — for example if a lawyer, rights holder, or regulator writes to us about you. We will treat that correspondence as we treat other business email.
We do not buy mailing lists. We do not scrape social networks for visitor data. We do not run account-creation or “know your customer” checks on this site, because there is nothing here to fund or cash out.
Where Australian Privacy Principle 3 applies, we only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions: publishing a social-game catalogue, answering mail, and keeping the site available and secure.
7. Why we collect it
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- to reply to questions, complaints, and rights-holder notices;
- to operate, maintain, and protect the website (security, uptime, abuse prevention);
- to keep records we are required or permitted to keep under Australian law;
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- to update this policy and, if we ever change how the site works in a way that affects privacy, to describe that change here.
We do not use personal information to offer real-money gambling, credit, or “deposit bonuses”. This site does not take stakes.
If we ever wanted to use personal information for a purpose that is not related to the list above, we would not do so unless the Privacy Act allows it (for example you consent, or a permitted general situation applies).
8. Cookies, cache and similar technology
As of the date at the top of this page:
- this website does not set first-party tracking cookies;
- this website does not set advertising cookies;
- this website does not drop a cookie wall or a consent banner, because it is not using non-essential cookies;
- pages, fonts (woff2), images (webp), and stylesheets may be stored in your browser cache. That cache is controlled by your browser, not by a cookie we write. Clearing site data in the browser removes it.
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to store. A cache is your browser keeping a copy of a file it already downloaded so the next visit is faster. Caching fonts and images is normal for a static site and is not used here to recognise you across other websites.
8.1 If that changes
If we later add analytics, a session cookie, or a third-party embed that sets cookies, we will update this section before (or at the same time as) that change, and we will describe:
- the name and provider of the cookie or tag;
- whether it is strictly necessary, functional, or statistical;
- how long it lasts;
- how you can refuse it where refusal is possible.
8.2 Your browser controls
You can block cookies, clear cached files, and use private browsing in your browser settings. Blocking cache may make the site load more slowly. It will not unlock real-money play — there is none on this site.
9. Analytics, advertising and social plugins
The pages we publish do not embed:
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar;
- advertising networks or retargeting tags;
- embedded “like” or “share” widgets that phone home on page load;
- session-replay or heat-map scripts.
If you arrived here from a search engine or an advertisement on another platform, that other platform may have logged the click under its own rules. We do not receive a named profile from those platforms as part of running this static site.
10. Games and third-party operators
The catalogue describes social games (for example Razor Returns, Ancient Tumble, Bull in a Rodeo, Mount M). Names, logos, and artwork belong to their respective owners. Launching a game may take you to a different site or client operated by someone else.
When you leave bondiperformancemedia.com:
- that operator may collect its own data (accounts, device IDs, play history);
- we do not control that collection;
- we are not responsible for those privacy practices;
- you should read that operator’s privacy notice and terms before you play.
We do not receive a feed of your spins, token balance, or “wins” from those games. Success in a social game has no cash value on our site and is not personal information we hold.
11. Use and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it for advertising.
We may disclose personal information only:
- to our hosting, email, or professional advisers (for example a lawyer or accountant) who need it to provide services to us, and who are expected to keep it confidential;
- if you ask us to, or with your consent;
- if we are required or authorised by Australian law, a court, or a regulator (including the OAIC, ACMA, or law-enforcement with lawful authority);
- if disclosure is reasonably necessary to prevent serious harm, investigate abuse of the site, or establish or defend legal rights;
- if the business is restructured or sold, to the incoming operator, who would be bound to handle the information in line with this policy or a successor policy they publish.
Staff and contractors who can see mailboxes or server logs are limited to people who need that access to do their job.
12. Overseas disclosure
Our office is in Orange, New South Wales. Hosting, DNS, and email infrastructure may be located in Australia or in another country, depending on the provider we use at the time.
If personal information is stored or processed outside Australia, that is an overseas disclosure under Australian Privacy Principle 8. We take reasonable steps so that the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles, unless an exception in the Privacy Act applies (for example you consent, or the disclosure is required by Australian law).
Email you send us travels across networks we do not control. Do not put payment details or government identifiers in that mail.
13. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Those steps include:
- HTTPS on this domain where the host supports it;
- limiting who can access the mailbox and the hosting account;
- not storing payment data, because we never take payments;
- relying on the host’s access controls and logging for the web server.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, we will assess it under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme in the Privacy Act and notify affected individuals and the OAIC where that scheme requires it.
13.1 How long we keep information
- Server logs — kept only as long as the host’s default rotation, typically days or a few weeks, unless a security investigation needs a longer copy.
- Ordinary enquiries — generally up to 24 months after the last reply, then deleted from active mailboxes unless we still need the thread.
- Complaints, legal holds, and rights-holder notices — kept as long as the dispute or the legal obligation lasts, then deleted or archived in a restricted form.
When information is no longer needed for a purpose in this policy or for the law, we take reasonable steps to destroy it or to de-identify it.
14. Direct marketing
We do not run an email newsletter from this website. We do not send promotional SMS. We do not use your enquiry as a lead for a casino.
If that ever changes, Australian Privacy Principle 7 would apply: we would only use personal information for direct marketing where the Privacy Act allows it, we would say that we are doing so, and we would give you a simple way to opt out. An opt-out request should be sent to contact@bondiperformancemedia.com.
15. Access, correction and deletion
You may ask us:
- whether we hold personal information about you;
- to access that information (Australian Privacy Principle 12);
- to correct it if it is wrong, incomplete, or out of date (Australian Privacy Principle 13);
- to delete email correspondence we still have, unless we must keep it.
Send the request to contact@bondiperformancemedia.com from the address you used, or include enough detail for us to find the record. We may need to verify that we are dealing with the right person.
We will respond within a reasonable period, usually 30 days. If we refuse access or correction, we will say why (where the Privacy Act allows us to refuse) and how you can complain.
Because we do not run player accounts, we cannot “export your game history” from this website — we do not have it.
16. Complaints
If you think we have mishandled personal information, write to us first at contact@bondiperformancemedia.com with “Privacy complaint” in the subject line. We will investigate and reply in writing.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner:
- Website: oaic.gov.au
- Telephone: 1300 363 992
- GPO Box 5288, Sydney NSW 2001
The OAIC generally expects you to complain to us before you complain to them.
17. Children and people under 18
This website is for adults. You must be 18 years or older to use it. The games we describe use casino-style mechanics and are not intended for minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us. We will delete that information from our mailboxes and logs where we reasonably can.
18. Visitors outside Australia
The site is operated from Australia and aimed at a general adult audience. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with additional privacy laws:
- the limited data described in this policy (email you send, and server logs) is still all we handle;
- the lawful bases we rely on for that handling are our legitimate interests in running and securing the site and, for mail you send, the steps needed to reply to you (a request you initiate);
- we do not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you;
- you may still use the access, correction, and deletion process in section 15.
We are not required to appoint an EU representative for this small, non-account website, and we have not done so.
19. Links to other sites
Our pages may link to game studios, hosting information, or regulators. Those sites are not covered by this policy. Their terms, cookies, and data practices are their own. Follow those links at your own discretion.
20. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, hosting, or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top will change. The current version is always the one published at bondiperformancemedia.com/privacy.
If we make a change that is genuinely material (for example we start an account system or analytics), we will describe it clearly in this document. Continued use of the site after the update means you acknowledge the new version.
